COOKIE POLICY
This website https://www.corradi.eu (hereinafter also “Website”) uses cookies. Corradi S.r.l. invites you to carefully read this cookie policy (hereinafter also “Policy”), provided under Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 as later amended and supplemented and the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter also “Regulation”), with which Corradi S.r.l. wish to inform you of its policy regarding the use of the cookies collected while you browse.
Data controller
The Data Controller is Corradi S.r.l., with registered office in Via Marino Serenari, 20, 40013 Castel Maggiore (BO), Italy, Tax code - VAT no. 03464321201, in the person of Data Protection Officer, Mr. Raf Leo M. Segers, Chief Executive Officer and Legal Representative of the Company (hereinafter also “Controller”).
Type of data processed, cookies installed and purposes of the processing
Cookies are text files that websites (so-called publisher or first party) visited by the user or other websites or web servers (so-called third parties) place and store in a terminal device available to the user (so-called browser) to record certain parameters and data communicated to the IT system.
The software used for Internet browsing and operation of terminal devices can store cookies and then transmit them to the websites that generated them upon a subsequent visit by the same user, thus keeping track in the memory of the user’s previous interaction with the website.
The information encoded in cookies may include personal data (e.g. IP address, username, unique identifier or email address, etc.) or non-personal data (e.g. language settings or information about the type of device used to navigate the website). Therefore, this Policy on the use of cookies must in any case be read together with the Privacy Policy, where it is possible to have more information on the processing of the personal data collected through the Website.
Cookies are distinguished into:

  • technical cookies, necessary to transmit an electronic communication, to ensure the correct displaying of the Website and the Website browsing or to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. They do not require consent to be acquired;
  • profiling cookies, used to assign to identified or identifiable subjects specific actions or recurrent behavioural patterns in the use of the offered functions in order to group the different profiles within homogeneous clusters of different size, so that the Data Controller can, among other things, also adjust the provision of the service in an increasingly personalised way in addition to what is strictly necessary for the provision of the service, as well as send targeted advertising messages, that are in line with the preferences shown by the user while browsing the Web;
  • analytical cookies, used only to produce aggregate statistics relating to a single website or to a single mobile application;
  • preference cookies, which allow the Website to remember information that affects how it behaves or appears (e.g. user’s preferred language or location).
Cookies may also be classified by source, as follows:
  • first-party cookies, i.e. cookies generated and managed directly by the operator of the website on which the user is browsing;
  • third-party cookies, i.e. cookies generated and managed by subjects other than the operator of the website on which the user is browsing.

This website uses first and third-party cookies, the required technical cookies and, with your prior consent, analytical cookies, preference cookies and profiling cookies, in order to ensure that you can browse the website and receive the service and to offer you a better digital experience on this website, collect information about the use of the website and optimise its operation, as well as show you content and advertising in line with the preferences that you express while browsing, measure the performance of advertising contents and retarget the ads.
Through the pages of the Website it is also possible to interact directly with external web services and social networks, also through social buttons (so-called social plugins) and external platforms: these are links to the websites of third parties that may record information about the user’s activities (falling within third-party cookies).
Therefore, we invite you to refer to the privacy policies of third parties, such as those at the following links:

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable law, we may store cookies on your device without your consent, if they are technical cookies required for the operation of the Website. In any case, it is possible to disable this type of cookies through the browser settings; however, disabling them may prevent the proper functioning of certain functions of the Website.
For all other types of cookies we need your consent, to be transmitted after having read the short privacy policy displayed upon access, by clicking on the relevant buttons within the cookie banner.
By closing this banner, the default settings will be maintained and the navigation will therefore continue in the absence of cookies or other tracking tools other than technical ones.
You may change or withdraw your consent from the Cookie statement on our Website at any time.
In any case, you can disable the use of cookies also by using the settings of your browser, which allows you to delete and remove cookies (all or some of them) or to change your browser settings and block the cookies from all or certain websites.

Disabling cookies in browser settings will not result in the general impossibility of using the services of the Website, but some specific functions, such as access to reserved area, may be inhibited. Such disabling may also make navigation generally less functional and may affect the operation of services provided by third parties.
Processing methods
The processing of personal data collected through cookies will be carried out by the Data Controller, the Data Processors and the subjects in charge of the processing (“Authorised” or “Designated” persons), in compliance with every measure suitable to guarantee data security and confidentiality, through electronic tools or, in any way, automated, IT and telematic tools, according to the principles of law, protecting confidentiality and your rights by adopting the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security adequate for the risk.
In addition, specific and appropriate technical and physical security measures will be adopted, pursuant to Articles 5 and 32 of the Regulation, aimed at avoiding the risk of loss, destruction and unauthorised access.
Retention period
Depending on their duration, some cookies are session cookies and are therefore deleted (together with the data collected by them) at the end of each browsing session; others, instead, are stored and then transferred again upon a subsequent visit by the same user.
For the specific duration of the retention periods for cookies and hence for the data they collect, please refer to the information contained in this Policy regarding the individual types of cookies.
Categories of recipients of the data
Please note that the data collected through cookies may be processed by subjects that act as Authorised persons, independent Data Controllers or Data Processors, whose activity is necessary for the execution of the operations and services related to the processing activities carried out through the Website or which act on the basis of certain provisions and legal obligations.
Any transfer of data collected through cookies to countries outside the EU will take place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or, in the case of transfers under Articles 46, 47 or 49 of the Regulation, on the basis of the conditions set forth therein and appropriate and proper guarantees, including, where required, entering into standard contractual clauses.
Your personal data collected through cookies will not be circulated in any case.

At any time, you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation, for access, rectification, transformation, blocking, cancellation, restriction of the processing, in the manner and within the limits set out in Art. 12 of the Privacy Regulation.
